How to Request a Down Payment to Update Bank Account Details in the Beneficiary's Account

To receive cash dividends from a company in a bank account, the recipient's account must include the customer's bank account details. Customer must provide his / her bank account details to DP to update bank account details in beneficiary's account.

Here are the steps you need to follow to update your bank account details:

1. To make your bank account details available for your DP via Mero Share, use the My Bank Request menu.

2. Select your bank from the list of banks available in the software and select the relevant branch

3. Select your account type by typing your Bank Account Number in the space provided and clicking the Update Bank Details button
